Free live music and performances by local talent coming to South Norwood

The BRIT and Mind Choir and Tootsie Rollers will perform at venues throughout South Norwood in July

Free live music and performances will be brought to the high street in July.

The Streets festival will take place in cafes, bars and open spaces in South Norwood to show off the area’s talent.

The BRIT School and Mind Charity have formed a 25-piece choir and will perform in several venues over the weekend of July 9 and 10.

Soprano Amanda Forbes will take opera to the streets alongside stalls, food markets and local artists.

South Norwood is one of seven high streets taking part in the initiative, which is in its second year.
